Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking an Account Manager for the Advanced Wound Management team. In this field-based role, you will partner with healthcare providers to deliver a comprehensive portfolio of wound care solutions, including advanced dressings and biologics, across acute and post-acute settings.

You will develop territory plans, educate clinicians, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive product adoption and improve patient outcomes. Hybrid work options apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in medical device sales or healthcare.
• Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing a territory and sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Promote the Advanced Wound Management portfolio across care settings.
• Educate clinicians on the clinical and economic value of Smith+Nephew solutions.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive product adoption.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support account growth.
• Deliver in-services, product demonstrations, and educational programs.
