Responsibilities

• Manage assigned district accounts to achieve volume, distribution, and profitability goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail and wholesale partners to strengthen customer engagement and execution.
• Develop and execute customer-specific sales plans aligned with regional and corporate priorities.
• Execute sell-in of new products, innovations, and promotions to drive growth.
• Use category insights and fact-based selling to influence shelf placement and promotions.
• Analyze sales results and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with brokers, field sales, and retail teams to ensure in-store activation.
• Manage trade funds and promotional budgets with compliance.
• Monitor competitive activity and provide feedback for strategic adjustments.
• Participate in joint business planning and performance reviews with customers.
