Job summary

Airgas is hiring an Account Development Manager in the Denver, CO area. This entry-level role services existing customers and grows accounts within the territory, with a focus on building relationships and driving profitable sales growth.

The position offers a base pay around $75,000 with a 15% monthly commission, a $600 auto allowance, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience.
• Computer proficiency.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to customer sites.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No at-fault driving accident within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sales plans to service existing accounts and establish new ones.
• Cultivates customer relationships with consultative approach.
• Engages customers by linking business priorities to Airgas value.
• Prepares sales proposals with pricing and credit terms.
• Keeps current with industry insights and Airgas products.
• Partners with internal resources and maintains clear communication.
• Maintains and submits sales reports.
• Reviews and manages Accounts Receivable balances.
• Leverages Airgas Vendor Managed Inventory in existing accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.
