Justworks is seeking an Account Executive in the San Diego area to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. You will build and manage your book of business, develop territory plans, and establish a strong presence within the local entrepreneur community.

You will engage in market research, use sales tools, and communicate Justworks’ value proposition to potential customers, becoming a trusted advisor and an ambassador for Justworks’ solutions.

Qualifications

• Build and manage an end-to-end sales pipeline, from prospecting to close.
• Proactively prospect for new business using market research and sales tools.
• Develop relationships and networks within the entrepreneur community in your territory.

Responsabilités

• Manage own book of business, build and manage an end-to-end sales pipeline and all supporting activities; prospect to close; meet or exceed quotas.
• Establish a presence in your territory; research the ins and outs of your territory, develop a marketing and networking plan to reach the entrepreneur community.
• Proactively prospect for new business by leveraging market research, sales tools, and cold prospecting.
• Communicate Justworks value proposition effectively to new potential customers.
• Be the voice of customers; suggest ideas to generate sales and improve customer experience.
