Job summary

Justworks in-territory Account Executive position in Phoenix, AZ, will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and manage an end-to-end pipeline. You will research markets, build relationships with small businesses, and travel in-territory to grow the book of business.

You will communicate Justworks’ payroll, HR, and compliance solutions, act as a trusted advisor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quotas.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years experience in an Account Executive position.
• Experience managing a complete and consultative sales cycle and closing.
• Experience in lead generation for B2B in high-velocity settings (SaaS, Fintech, PEO).
• Cold-calling experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage own book of business and end-to-end sales pipeline; prospect to close and meet quotas.
• Establish a presence in the West territory; build relationships with the entrepreneur and small business communities.
• Travel in-territory within Phoenix and Greater Phoenix areas.
• Proactively prospect for new business using market research and sales tools.
• Articulate Justworks value proposition to new potential customers.
• Be the voice of customers; provide feedback for product development.
• Be an ambassador of Justworks and its solutions.
