Justworks in Orange County seeks an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close. You will manage a territory, build relationships with entrepreneurs, research local market needs, and drive revenue.

You will rapidly learn our value proposition, communicate it to potential customers, and act as a voice for future clients. Travel within the territory and collaborate with product and marketing to expand Justworks’ presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage own book of business, build and manage an end-to-end sales pipeline from prospecting to close, meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Establish a presence in the Orange County territory, research local markets, and build relationships with the small business community.
• Proactively prospect for new business by leveraging market research, sales tools, and cold outreach.
• Gain a solid understanding of Justworks' value proposition and communicate it effectively to potential customers.
• Be the voice of future customers by proposing ideas to generate sales and improve the customer experience, while advocating for product development.
• Be an ambassador of Justworks and its solutions with deep knowledge of the product suite.
• Travel within the Orange County territory.
• Perform other duties as needed based on department and organizational needs.
