Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking an Account Executive to generate admissions and expand patient census in a designated territory. This outside sales role involves marketing clinical programs and outcomes to become a top care provider in our communities.

You will work with a broad range of medical professionals, linking high-quality in-home care to eligible patients and families, while meeting sales targets and building strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
• Post-acute or DME sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as with teams.
• Proven sales acumen with proven results.
• Vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Generate admissions and grow patient census in a territory.
• Sell, grow, and market clinical programs and outcomes.
• Connect Elara Caring’s high-quality in-home care to eligible patients and families.
• Collaborate with medical professionals across levels to drive referrals.
