Job summary

Elara Caring in Texas is seeking an Account Executive - Home Health to drive admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory. This outside sales role partners with healthcare professionals to connect Elara Caring’s high-quality in-home care with eligible patients and families.

You will cultivate referral sources, demonstrate solutions, and meet or exceed sales objectives while representing a top provider of home health services in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum job requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Post-acute or DME sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams.
• Proven sales acumen with results and ability to engage referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Generate admissions and grow patient census in designated territory.
• Sell, grow, and market clinical programs and outcomes.
• Interact with health care professionals to connect in-home care to patients and families.
• Develop referral relationships and meet or exceed sales objectives.
