Job summary

Lumen is seeking a sales-focused professional to produce new business and grow brand awareness within a defined territory, mainly through desk-based prospecting and new logo acquisitions.

You will manage the sales cycle end-to-end, coordinate with internal resources to deliver a superb customer experience, and maintain accurate notes in Salesforce. Experience with Salesforce.com and LinkedIn is preferred, along with strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Up to 3+ years sales experience, results-oriented.
• Strong communication, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to build new relationships and stay motivated.

Responsibilities

• Desk-based prospecting and account management to meet monthly quotas.
• Qualify leads via calls, emails, social media, and campaigns.
• Prepare agendas for customer calls and identify opportunities.
• Navigate systems to provide timely quotes and follow up.
• Engage internal resources to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain Salesforce records and forecast sales activity.
