Lumen is seeking an experienced desk-based salesperson to drive new logo acquisition and grow brand awareness within a defined territory. This role primarily sells the Lumen portfolio of products, services, and solutions with limited field engagement.

You will prospect, qualify, deliver strong value propositions, manage quotes in Salesforce, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a superior customer experience while meeting monthly quotas and advancing key accounts.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of sales experience in related field.
• Experience selling telecom/telecom solutions.
• Advanced desk-based or inside/outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to develop new accounts and open territories.
• Strong prospecting skills: calls, email, social media.
• Proficient in Salesforce/CRM and quoting processes.
• Demonstrated integrity and alignment with company principles.

Aufgaben

• Desk-based prospecting, selling and account management to meet monthly quotas.
• Deliver strong value propositions during consultative and transactional sales.
• Prospect and qualify via calls, emails, social media, campaigns, etc.
• Navigate systems to provide timely quotes and follow-up.
• Prepare agendas, conduct customer meetings, identify opportunities.
• Engage internal resources to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Leverage sales resources to drive high-impact opportunities.
• Move through the sales cycle with urgency to close.
• Maintain Salesforce notes and account plans.
• Provide activity reports and forecast monthly sales.
• Attend trainings and partner with teammates.
