Job summary

Stratis Group seeks an Access & Reimbursement Manager for a field-based role within a defined territory in the United States. You will educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, patient access services, and approved resources.

Collaborate with sales, market access and hub partners to execute territory plans and drive compliant access strategies. The role emphasizes educating healthcare professionals, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining accurate

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services or related areas.
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of CMS policies and processes (Medicare Part D) is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week and reside within the territory.

Responsibilities

  • Educate provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes and access resources.
  • Develop and execute a territory access plan and coordinate with matrix stakeholders.
  • Provide in-person visits and education to healthcare providers and staff.
  • Monitor payer policy changes, formulary coverage and denial trends.
  • Document activities in the CRM and support patient access initiatives.
  • Maintain compliant engagement within ROE and client-approved materials.
