Job summary

The Stratis Group is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to act as a dedicated access resource within an assigned territory. This field-based role educates provider offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient support services, impacting access for products in cardiovascular therapy.

The ARM will develop territory plans, coordinate with sales and market access teams, and document activities in the CRM while adhering to ROE and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, and/or Sales.
• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Travel 3–4 days a week; reside within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate offices on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and patient access resources.
• Develop and execute territory access plans coordinating with matrix stakeholders.
• Document activities in the approved CRM platform and maintain ROE compliance.
• Identify access barriers and communicate insights to internal teams.
• Provide education on prior authorizations, appeals, and denials in retail and specialty settings.
