Stratis Group is a pharmaceutical consulting firm focusing on market access, patient services, and data analytics. The Access & Reimbursement Manager will act as a dedicated resource within a defined territory to educate providers on payer requirements, reimbursement processes, and access resources for products in the cardiovascular area.

The ARM will develop a territory access plan, coordinate with sales and hub partners, and document activities in the CRM while ensuring ROE compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in managed care, field reimbursement, patient services, or related sales.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel nationally.
• Experience educating healthcare providers on access processes.
• Knowledge CMS policies and Medicare Part D.
• Strong analytic and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities to support patient access in provider offices and liaison with partner services.
• Educate on prior authorizations, appeals, and denials for Retail and Specialty Pharmacy.
• Participate in client meetings and cross-functional team calls; input Activity in CRM.
• Serve as the local access and reimbursement expert for assigned geography; monitor payer policy and formulary changes.
• Use only client-approved materials and ROE in communications with providers.
• Identify field access insights and payer trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Recognize and report adverse events and other compliance-relevant information per policy.
• Document activities in CRM and submit timely expense reports.
