Job summary

Orkin LLC is seeking a motivated Orkin Termite Sales Inspector to protect homes with industry-leading termite solutions. You’ll leverage a strong brand, top-tier training, and an extensive support network to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Initially, you will earn $23 per hour during a 90-day training period, then transition to base salary plus commission with potential annual earnings between $60,000 and $100,000, plus a company vehicle and gas card.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required, training provided.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Must be able to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers.
• Prospect new business and manage assigned leads with provided advertising support.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet customers at their homes to explain products and services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes and address questions, set expectations.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
