Job summary

Orkin is hiring an ambitious Termite Sales Inspector to deliver protection for homes under an iconic brand with nearly 125 years of experience. You’ll conduct comprehensive inspections, educate homeowners, and close deals in a fast-paced field role that rewards performance with commission-based earnings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care.
• Prospect new business and assigned leads to achieve goals; discuss products and services during in-home visits.
• Schedule sales appointments, meet with customers in their homes, and explain how Orkin’s solutions provide peace of mind.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes and address questions, setting clear expectations.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
