Orkin is seeking a Termite Sales Inspector to leverage a powerful brand and award-winning training. You’ll perform comprehensive home inspections, explain termite protection options, and build trusted relationships with homeowners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to solve problems and protect homes.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win customer trust.
• Prospect new business and follow up on assigned leads with available budget for leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet homeowners to explain how Orkin’s products provide peace of mind.
