Job summary

Orkin is seeking a dedicated Termite Sales Inspector to deliver top-tier protection for homeowners. You will perform comprehensive 360 inspections in homes, identify termite threats, and present practical solutions with a focus on customer trust and safety.

Training is provided and no prior industry experience is required. You’ll work with a team that values professionalism, empathy and integrity while earning through base pay plus commission, with a company vehicle and gas card on route

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No industry experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawl spaces to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads to set sales appointments in customers' homes.
• Explain processes and set expectations after inspections.
• Use iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training provided.
