Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Termite Sales Inspector to protect homes with Orkin’s termite protection services. You’ll perform 360 inspections, explain solutions, and build trusted relationships with customers. We emphasize safety, professionalism and a customer-focused approach.

During training, you’ll be paid hourly and, after licensure, transition to base salary plus commission. This role offers competitive earnings and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and other areas.
• Explain practical solutions clearly and win over customers with care.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads with a robust advertising budget.
• Schedule appointments and meet homeowners in their homes to discuss products.
