Orkin is seeking a motivated Termite Sales Inspector to protect homes with trusted pest control solutions. You’ll conduct 360 inspections, identify risk areas, and present strategic recommendations to homeowners in person, often visiting customers at their residences.

With a base plus commission structure, you can earn $80,000–$100,000 in the first year. Orkin provides a company vehicle, robust benefits, and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsabilités

• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to understand termite risk.
• Make strategic recommendations to customers based on inspection results.
• Schedule home visits and present Orkin products and services to homeowners.
• Build trusted relationships with customers with professionalism and integrity.
• Utilize provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
