Job summary

Orkin seeks a motivated sales inspector to perform termite inspections and present strategic protection options to homeowners. You will build trust, explain solutions, and close opportunities in customers’ homes while working with a leading brand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trust.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Proactively prospect new business and follow assigned leads with provided advertising support.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with customers in homes to explain products and services.
• Explain inspection findings and set expectations with customers.
• Use provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
