Orkin LLC is seeking an Orkin Termite Sales Inspector to combine competitive drive with award-winning training in a pursuit of home protection. You’ll deliver strategic pest solutions, build trusted relationships, and maximize earnings through base pay plus commissions while supporting a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No industry experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and other areas.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships to protect homes and families.
• Listen to customer needs and explain practical solutions with confidence.
• Schedule appointments, explain processes, and set expectations.
