Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to promote termite protection services and provide homeowners with peace of mind. You’ll perform comprehensive home inspections from attic to crawlspace and make strategic recommendations, building trusted relationships along the way.

With award-winning training and a strong commission structure, you can grow professionally while earning 80,000 to 100,000 in the first year. Vehicle, benefits, and a clear path to leadership are part of the package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No industry experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between.
• Build trusted relationships ensuring homes and families are protected.
• Listen to customer needs and clearly explain practical solutions.
• Schedule sales appointments and present Orkin products in customers’ homes.
