Job summary

Orkin is hiring an Orkin Termite Sales Inspector to protect homes with industry-leading termite protection services. You’ll leverage a strong brand and award-winning training to build relationships and close sales, with a clear path to leadership and rewards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships to protect homes and families.
• Listen to customer needs and clearly explain practical solutions.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes.
• Explain how Orkin’s products and services can give homeowners peace of mind.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
