You will perform 360 inspections, present strategic recommendations, and build trusted relationships with homeowners while earning base pay plus commissions. A company vehicle and comprehensive benefits support your growth within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform 360 termite inspections from attic to crawlspace and explain practical solutions to customers.
• Prioritize safety and maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Schedule appointments, meet homeowners, and explain how Orkin’s products provide peace of mind.
• Use provided tools (iPad) to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
