Orkin is seeking a motivated Termite Sales Inspector to perform thorough home inspections, recommend effective termite protection plans, and build lasting customer relationships. You will work with a trusted brand, receive award-winning training, and enjoy leadership opportunities as you grow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Listen to customer needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win their confidence.
• Prospect for new business and follow assigned leads; leverage generous advertising budgets for leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and visit customers’ homes to explain products and services.
