Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Termite Sales Inspector to protect homes with comprehensive 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces. You’ll explain practical solutions, listen to customer needs, and build trusted relationships while representing a respected brand with almost 125 years of experience.

We offer strong earning potential with $60,000 to $100,000 per year, a company vehicle, training, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave, and growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and address questions, setting expectations.
