Job summary

Orkin is seeking a driven sales professional for the Termite Sales Inspector role. You will understand Orkin's protection services, perform 360 home inspections, and provide expert recommendations to homeowners to protect their most valuable asset.

The position offers a strong earning potential, a company vehicle, training, and a comprehensive benefits package. During the initial training period, compensation is set at $23 per hour, with licensure leading to an exempt base salary plus

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No industry experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and explain practical solutions to customers.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes.
• Prepare sales agreements and stay organized using the provided tools.
• Earn competitive earnings and build trusted relationships with homeowners.
