Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to understand termite protection needs.
• Listen to customer needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win trust.
• Prospect new business and respond to assigned leads with the support of a strong advertising budget.
• Schedule home visits and explain how Orkin’s products protect homes.
• Inspect interiors and exteriors and make recommendations based on findings.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare and present sales agreements.
• Maintain safety, professionalism, and integrity with customers and coworkers.
