Job summary

Orkin is seeking a motivated Termite Sales Inspector in the United States. The role combines competitive sales drive with top-brand protection and industry-leading training, offering a career path with growth opportunities, benefits, and a company vehicle.

You will build trust with homeowners, make strategic recommendations during inspections, and drive revenue through new business and existing leads. Responsibilities include 360 home inspections, presenting solutions, and using iPad for sales

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Win over customers with confidence and care.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads with the support of a robust advertising budget.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and communicate the process clearly.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
