Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Termite Sales Inspector to protect homes through expert termite solutions and trusted customer relationships. You’ll perform comprehensive inspections from attic to crawlspace and present clear, practical recommendations during in-home visits.

The role offers award-winning training, a company vehicle with gas card, base pay plus commission, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Listen carefully to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care.
• Prospect new business and follow leads; schedule sales appointments and visit customers in their homes.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes and make recommendations based on identified issues.
