Orkin in Temecula, CA is seeking an enthusiastic Termite Sales Inspector to deliver top‑notch protection from an iconic brand with almost 125 years of experience. You’ll grow professionally through award‑winning training and a strong pipeline of homeowner leads, earning from $60,000 to $100,000 annually with a company vehicle on route.

During training you’ll learn the ins and outs of Orkin’s termite solutions, build trusted relationships with customers, and progress toward leadership

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Win over customers with confidence and care.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain how Orkin’s products and services can give them peace of mind.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and address questions, explaining the process and setting expectations.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training provided.
