Job summary

Orkin Milpitas, CA is seeking a Termite Sales Inspector to protect homes with our proven termite protection services. You will perform 360 inspections, identify issues, and present tailored solutions to homeowners, building trust and generating sales, with training and support from an iconic brand.

This full-time role offers a strong earning curve with base pay plus commissions, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits through a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to identify issues.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet homeowners at their residence.
• Explain products and services and set expectations with customers.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.

Education
