Orkin is seeking a motivated Sales Inspector in Temecula, CA to protect homes with termite solutions. You will conduct thorough inspections and present strategic recommendations to homeowners, building trust and closing opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently.

Responsibilities

• Understand termite protection services and recommend solutions to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and build trust with homeowners.
• Explain practical solutions clearly to win customer confidence.
• Prospect new business and use provided leads.
• Schedule appointments and meet homeowners to discuss Orkin products.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes and address questions.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
