Orkin is seeking a highly motivated Termite Sales Inspector in California to deliver expert pest protection services. You will conduct thorough 360 inspections, advise homeowners on best solutions, and build lasting relationships that protect homes and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required!
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Win over customers with confidence and care through listening and clear explanations of practical solutions.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads with robust lead generation.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain products and services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes and address issues identified to set expectations.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
