Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Termite Sales Inspector to deliver top-tier termite protection for homeowners. You’ll use persuasive sales skills to recommend solutions and build trusted relationships with customers, protecting families and homes.

The role offers a competitive base plus commission, a company vehicle with gas card, and comprehensive benefits. No prior industry experience required; training is provided to start your sales career.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between, and explain findings clearly.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to present Orkin's products and services.
• Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training is provided.
