Job summary

Orkin is seeking a motivated Termite Sales Inspector to inspect homes, recommend protection solutions, and build trusted relationships with customers. You’ll conduct comprehensive home inspections, explain practical pest solutions, and work to protect families and property, all while earning competitive income and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between.
• Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain products and services.
