You will engage customers with a professional, empathetic approach while explaining our solutions to protect homes and families.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and explain practical solutions clearly.
• Prioritize safety and maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Proactively prospect new business and respond to assigned leads with the support of a strong advertising budget.
• Schedule sales appointments, meet with customers in their homes, and explain product benefits.
