Orkin seeks a driven Termite Sales Inspector, offering top-brand protection and award-winning training. You’ll build trust with homeowners through comprehensive inspections, strategic recommendations, and thoughtful service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No industry experience required; training provided.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field and interact with clients.

Responsabilités

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations.
• Perform 360 inspections from attic to crawlspace and build trusted relationships.
• Listen to needs, explain practical solutions, and win over customers.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads with a robust advertising budget.
• Schedule appointments, meet customers at their homes, and explain products/services.
• Inspect interiors/exteriors and prepare recommendations based on findings.
• Use provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
