Orkin is seeking a driven Termite Sales Inspector to protect homes through thorough inspections, strategic recommendations, and confident product presentations. You will build trust with homeowners, schedule appointments, and close deals leveraging Orkin’s trusted brand and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.
• We will comply with state and local laws in employment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver using the training provided to recommend the best pest solution.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads with company advertising support.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with customers in their homes to explain products and services.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of homes and explain findings to customers.
• Make recommendations based on inspection findings and address customer questions.
• Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized with training provided.
