Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Termite Sales Inspector in Glendale, CA. You will perform 360 termite inspections, explain practical pest solutions to homeowners, and generate new business with provided leads.

You’ll be trained thoroughly and use an iPad for sales agreements, aiming to maximize commission with a strong brand backing. Starting pay includes 90-day training at $23/hour, followed by base salary plus commission, and a full benefits package including 401(k) and stock purchase plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently with clients.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Perform 360 termite inspections from attics to crawlspaces and explain findings to customers.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet homeowners to present Orkin products and services.
• Make recommendations based on inspection results and address questions.
