Job summary

Orkin LLC is seeking a self-motivated Termite Sales Inspector to protect homes with Orkin’s proven pest control solutions. You’ll leverage a strong brand, award‑winning training, and a generous compensation structure including a base + commission, with a company vehicle provided on route assignment.

During the initial 90‑day training, compensation is $28.85 per hour before transitioning to exempt base salary plus commission.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and beyond to identify issues and build trusted relationships.
• Listen to customer needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win their trust.
• Prospect new business and follow up on assigned leads with the help of the advertising budget.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet customers in their homes to explain products and services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes and set expectations for the process.
• Prepare sales agreements using the iPad and stay organized with training provided.
