Orkin is hiring a Termite Sales Inspector to protect homes with expert termite solutions. You will perform comprehensive 360 inspections, identify issues, and present strategic recommendations to customers in their homes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsabilités

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Explain practical solutions clearly and win over customers with confidence and care.
• Prospect new business and follow up on assigned leads with available advertising to generate opportunities.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in homes to explain the products and services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes and address questions, setting expectations.
