Job summary

Orkin seeks a proactive Termite Sales Inspector to protect homes by performing 360 inspections and proposing tailored pest solutions. You’ll build trusted customer relationships through attentive listening and clear explanations, then schedule in‑home appointments to present Orkin’s services.

Training is provided, with opportunities for growth in a mission‑driven, safety‑focused team. Initial compensation includes hourly pay during training, transitioning to base salary plus commission as you

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
No Experience Required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
Listen to needs and clearly explain practical solutions to win over customers with confidence and care.
Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain Orkin’s products and services.
Use the iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training will be provided.
