Job summary

Depot Connect International (DCI) is seeking a Terminal Support Coordinator to handle front office operations including billing, dispatch, and equipment control. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and experience in trucking/intermodal transport, with proficiency in Google Suite.

The position involves entering orders, updating dispatch, printing lists, and maintaining communications with customers.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Experience in the trucking and/or intermodal transportation industry is required.
Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, etc.) is required.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written are required.
Ability to prioritize and multitask is required.
Organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

Entering customer orders and customer information (such as billing) into the computer system.
Reporting customer orders to dispatch in a timely manner.
Informing equipment control and dispatch of special customer needs when they arise.
Printing export and import lists for dispatch and equipment control.
Maintaining direct and indirect communications with customers via telephone, email, fax, etc.
Other miscellaneous office support duties as assigned
