Job summary

Depot Connect International (DCI) in Pasadena, CA, is hiring Load Planners to support billing, dispatch, and equipment control. You will enter orders, assist front office operations, and ensure accurate communication with customers and internal teams.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior trucking/intermodal experience, proficiency with Google Suite, and strong written/spoken communication. Excellent organization and multitasking are essential in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in the trucking and/or intermodal transportation industry preferred.
• Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, etc.).
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Entering customer orders and customer information (such as billing) into the computer system.
• Reporting customer orders to dispatch in a timely manner.
• Informing equipment control and dispatch of special customer needs when they arise.
• Printing export and import lists for dispatch and equipment control.
• Maintaining direct and indirect communications with customers via telephone, email, fax, etc.
• Other miscellaneous office support duties as assigned.
