Job summary

Depot Connect International (DCI) is seeking a Terminal Support Coordinator to support front office operations including billing, dispatch, and equipment control. You will enter orders, notify dispatch of updates, and communicate with customers via multiple channels while maintaining accurate records.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, trucking/intermodal experience, and proficiency with Google Suite. We offer benefits and a collaborative, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy office environment.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Entering customer orders and customer information (billing) into the computer system.
• Reporting customer orders to dispatch in a timely manner.
• Informing equipment control and dispatch of special customer needs when they arise.
• Printing export and import lists for dispatch and equipment control.
• Maintaining direct and indirect communications with customers via telephone, email, fax, etc.
• Other miscellaneous office support duties as assigned.
