Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Must be able to successfully pass Benihana chef training program.
• Previous experience as chef or cook highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests within 15 minutes of teppan order.
• Perform a cooking show for assigned tables.
• Provide guests with information about Benihana foods while cooking.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Follow guests' cooking preferences and instructions.
• Prepare foods using kitchen equipment and maintain clean, sanitary areas.
