Qualifications

• Successful completion of Benihana chef training program.
• Previous chef/cook experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and welcomes them within 15 minutes of order.
• Conducts a hibachi-style cooking show for guests.
• Reads guest requests and adjusts cooking as directed.
• Prepares meats, seafood, vegetables and other items for cooking.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and hibachi tables.
• Follows food safety, portion standards and presentation guidelines.
