Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to complete Benihana chef training program.
• Previous chef/cook experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage dining area with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Perform hibachi cooking show and engage guests while preparing meals.
• Ensure correct portions and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and hibachi tables.
• Follow FIFO and food safety guidelines; assist with setup and cleanup.
