Job summary

USTA Pacific Northwest is hiring RecTennis Instructors and Site Directors to deliver tennis programs at local parks, schools, and community centers.

These part-time, hourly, non-exempt, seasonal roles offer $16.00–$21.00 per hour and require reliability, strong customer service, and the ability to work with youth and families. Site Directors support instructors, oversee daily sessions, coordinate logistics, and ensure safety.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching tennis is preferred.
• Dependability, communication skills, and an excellent work ethic.
• Ability to work with children and act as a positive role model.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, safe, and fun learning environment for all participants.
• Communicate professionally with parents, partners, and community organizers.
• Implement program curriculum and provide ongoing instruction at program sites.
• Ensure equipment set-up and take down for each session and transport when needed.
